“I came to Mint Health originally via a discount voucher form the internet as I was trying out several different companies as part of my search for a good massage therapist. In the end it really was no contest as Nic was by far and away the best of all those that I visited!
When I show up for my regular massage Nic queries me on what’s sore and what needs work and then works away at fixing things. So I get three main things out of visiting Mint Health. Firstly any specific aches and pains are fixed up, secondly I am generally becoming more flexible and less injury prone than I used to be and thirdly I get to de-stress and have some “me” time.
